Its uses are targeted for the people that need a media streamer that offers them portability in an affordable price.The WD TV mini can play DVD quality content from your usb drive with optimization for WD my passport hard drives.It also streams content from digital cameras and camcorders and allows the support of RealVideo format.

With the WD TV mini you can enjoy watching your movies from your USB source, browsing pictures and listening to music through a Optical Audio connection all in one beautifull interface created by WesternDigital.

Automatic play feature lets you turn your TV into living art by selecting a media from your WD TV to be played when the unit is powered on
